Getting started with mobile app    Start using the Impact Bank Mobile app, download the app from the Apple App store or Google Play.  Use your Personal OnLine Banking login information and follow the on-screen prompts. 

If you have not enrolled in Online Banking and do not have a login name and password you will simply enroll using your ATM/Debit Card or checking account information, answer a few questions to verify your identity and you will be given immediate access to your accounts online and via mobile apps.

Impact Bank Mobile Banking on your phone or mobile device

Managing your finances is even easier and more convenient with Impact Mobile Banking.   Available on your Mobile phone or other Mobile device, Impact Bank allows you to access and view your accounts and recent account activity.  You can also transfer funds between your Impact Bank accounts, deposit checks using your phone's camera, pay bills and find nearby ATMs.

If you wish to make a change to your login or accounts, please contact us. Username and password information may be deleted upon request. Information such as your usage history, account information, and banking activity will be retained in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
