IMPACT BANK's lobby is open!  Fully vaccinated customers are not required to wear a mask.

Customers who need access to a safe deposit box, open a new account or meet with a loan officer can now do so by coming inside to the lobby.  Full-service banking is always available through our drive-thru facilities during normal business hours.

As a reminder, you can also access your accounts in the following ways:

  • Use our secure E-Banking or Mobile Banking app.
  • Bank over the phone by calling 620-326-3334. Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm; after hours, you can use automated features to access your accounts.
  • Visit one of our 5  ATM locations in Wellington and Caldwell.
