Jared Brown Chairman and CEO Jared joined Impact Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2017 and was elevated to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in March 2022. Prior to starting at Impact Bank, Jared spent more than 14 years working as a National Bank Examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Jared has a bachelor’s degree from Fort Hays State University and has completed the Kansas Bankers’ Association Bank Leaders of Kansas program. He and his wife, Sammie, a counselor at Wellington Middle School, are the parents of two children. Jared is Vice Chairman of the Futures Unlimited Board, Treasurer of the Wellington Humane Society Board, serves as Vice President of the Wellington Crusader Club board, and is a past president of the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce. Jared is a registered high school sports official and has volunteered as a youth baseball, basketball, and softball coach.
Alan Campbell President Alan began his work in Wellington at Impact Bank in 1989. He has a commitment to see all customers succeed in their chosen endeavor and provide an understanding of how a financial institution can play a role in helping them reach their objective. Alan is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and has chosen to make Wellington his home. He volunteers his time within the community involved in Rotary Club, Sumner County Jr. Livestock Association, Planning & Zoning Commission and the United Methodist Church. Jeff McGuire Vice President As an Agriculture Lending Officer, Jeff's roots on the family farm give him valuable insight into the needs of our customers. Majoring in Banking, Finance and Economics, Jeff is a graduate of Northwest Oklahoma State University and has made his home in Wellington. Jeff has been employed by Impact Bank since 2001. Silas Scott Assistant Vice President MLO # 2639167 Silas has lived in Wellington most of his life and is proud to call Wellington home. As a child he delivered papers and was active in baseball and wrestling. Silas started with Impact Bank in 2005 and has been a valuable asset filling many roles across most operational areas. Silas’ community involvement includes serving as President of Wellington Wresting Club, working the grill at Friday night football games, building floats for the Kansas Wheat Festival Parade, and serving at numerous other community events. Silas has an associate’s degree in accounting from Cowley County Community College. Anna Reynolds Cashier/BSA Officer Anna started with Impact Bank in 2006 and has been a key component of nearly all operational areas. With experience as a teller, bookkeeper, loan clerk, and head of loan operations, Anna has the requisite experience to serve as head Cashier. Anna is the Secretary of the Women’s Bowling League and enjoys spending time with family at Wellington Lake. Carrie Lough Compliance Officer Carrie is a Wellington native with almost 15 years of total banking experience. Carrie started with Impact Bank in 2012 and has worked in bookkeeping, deposit operations, customer service, and loan processing, providing her a well-rounded understanding of all banking functions. Carrie has an Associates in Accounting and looks forward to continuing to serve Impact Bank customers. |
