RESPONDING TO COVID-19

At Impact Bank we know that life goes on even during a public heath concern like the COVID-19 pandemic.  Our lobby doors are now open.   We ask that you maintain 6 feet social distancing, limit the number of people entering the building and do not enter if you have any COVID-19 exposure, symptoms or a fever.   We value our customers and their long-term health and in the interest of our community's safety we are encouraging our customers to utilize our drive-thru window to conduct banking business, when possible.                                                                                                                          For simple transactions, we encourage customers to use one of our six ATMs located in Sumner County:  our two bank drive-thru locations, Wellington Dillons location and the Casey's General Store locations in Wellington.  For telephone banking please call 620-326-3444.  Our online banking and mobile app are always available, if you need assistance please call 620-326-3361 or 620-845-6444.
